Ferment slow. Cook fast.
Sourdough Pizza in Chattanooga
Naturally fermented sourdough, baked in a 900 degree brick oven and served from a Cybertruck-powered pizza truck. We’re based in Chickamauga, Georgia, about 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
Want the truck at your event? Book it here.
Real Food. Full Flavor. Zero Shortcuts.
Chattanooga’s only Cybertruck-powered pizza truck
We roll in silent in a Tesla Cybertruck. Our EV battery runs the brick oven, so there’s no noisy generator. We bake artisan sourdough pizzas with a 90s arcade vibe and bring good food, good vibes and pure nostalgia everywhere we go.
Craving a pizza experience from before the internet? You found it.
